The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a very quiet area, not far from the national park and Bologna or Modena. the breakfast was good with lots of dishes to choose from. the location was stunning and the room was impeccably clean. My stay was brilliant here.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is located in a fine natural park, surrounded by beautiful orchards and gardens. There are plenty of activities to do in the area, perfect for nature lovers like us. The interior design of the rooms was excellent, with attention to detail and a cozy atmosphere. The staff, especially Matteo, were friendly and were really good too ensure our comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we enjoyed it in the lovely garden of the B&B. a clean and well-equipped hotel with great facilities and convenient parking.

We had a truly magical experience at Sotto I Sassi Bed & Breakfast. Nestled beneath the stunning spires of I Sassi, this B&B exceeded all expectations. the two-bedroom flat we stayed in was impeccably furnished and had everything we needed. Breakfasts in the orchard were delightful, and dinners al fresco with fireflies were absolutely enchanting. the attentive and friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome. This is a peaceful haven that we can't wait to return to. Cons: Nothing not to love! ❤️.

I always stay at this place, never regret it. Staff helped me on evenings. Many amenities: Wi-Fi, Free parking, Outdoor dining, Picnic area, Laundry, Kitchen. Coming back for Christmas. Perfect for me!

I had a great time grilling on the BBQ and enjoying the terrace. The cycling nearby was a blast! And oh, how convenient, the airport was just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

Who needs cooked eggs and meats for breakfast anyway? So boring.
